Starting point

Brogle sells jewelry and luxury watches, with high basket values and long purchase decisions. Many brands ran together in just a few campaigns, alongside a dozen single-brand search campaigns with too little data. Individual brands barely got any visibility.

How we did it

  1. Month 1 · Foundation

    Feed and assets separated

The in-house brand and branded jewelry each run in separate feed-only and asset-only campaigns. We merged the many single-brand search campaigns into one brands catch-all search with AI Max, and added remarketing via Demand Gen.

Fewer campaigns, more data per campaign.
  2. Month 2 · Pull

Strong brands get their own campaigns

DoDo and SIF Jakobs run as their own feed campaign, followed by Frank Müller at the end of June. Brand Shopping and a fallback campaign cover the rest of the range, and the diamond configurator gets its own search campaign.

DoDo and SIF Jakobs becomes one of the most efficient campaigns in the account.
  3. Month 3 · Optimization

    Budget to the winners

Weak asset-only campaigns paused and budget shifted to the feed campaigns. In mid-July, Casio joins as a new brand.

More orders at a significantly lower cost per order.
